Green Ride is looking to hire dispatchers to help orchestrate our operations!

What's a dispatcher do?
Dispatchers are the center of our operation. You control the routing, you control the drivers, and you're the first line of providing a good service structure to our passengers. A dispatcher must be a good communicator, and have excellent personal skills. A dispatcher must make judgments about routing operations, and analyze the big picture of the day's runs to ensure things keep running on time and smoothly. A dispatcher acts as a liaison between fleet and operations management to help execute plans and solve problems.

What Skills we're looking for:
-Competent computer skills
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Familiarity Longmont and the surrounding areas
-CDL is a plus
-Clean MVR, (there will be times you have to drive, and training will start with driving)
-Bilingual is also a plus
-Experience in transportation, logistics, or service dispatching or other applicable work experience.

Location: This position will require reporting to our Boulder office.

Hours: 2:30am – 10:30am, opportunities for overtime will occur

Days: Ideally FRI-TUE but we're flexible for the right candidate.

-Pay is determined upon experience, and has a differential for the times worked.
